SPROUTED QUINOA SALAD
Quinoa – 1/2 cup
Tomato Diced into medium size – 1/2 cup
Cabbage shredded – 1/2 cup
Boiled Peanuts – 1 teaspoon
Roughly chopped green onion – teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Cashew-nut and almond
Sprouting Quinoa :
Soak 1/2 cup quinoa overnight in water. Drain it in the morning and tie them on a muslin cloth and cover it. Let the quinoa be sprouted. Small tender white tentacles of sprout will be observed.
Method for Salad :
In a bowl take the sprouted quinoa. Add tomatoes, spring onion, cabbage and boiled peanuts. Add the seasoning and garnish it with barley crisp and few nuts.
