For salad

Kale Purple Leaves – 4 big leaves
Kale Green Leaves – 4 big leaves
Iceberg lettuce – A handful
Yellow Zucchini – 1/3 cup
Green Zucchini – 1/3 cup
Homemade Cottage cheese – 1 cup
Celery Stalk – for garnishing

For dressing

Honey – 1 table spoon
Mustard sauce – 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – ½ cup
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper – 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegarate dressing – 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Chili Flakes – a pinch

Method of preparation
For Crispy salad wash and soak leaves in water and refrigerate for 2 hours. Chop salad leaves roughly with hands. As cottage cheese is homemade, crumble it into small pieces with hand. Roughly slice yellow and green zucchini. Mix in a bowl.
In another bowl mix and beat all ingredients for dressing. Pour it on the salad and toss it with fork for better mixing. Garnish it with sesame seeds and celery stalk .
